Nebraska Cancer Research Center

    About us

Headquartered in Lincoln, the Nebraska Cancer Research Center has been a leader in cutting-edge cancer research since 1984. At NCRC, we provide local access to clinical trials sponsored by the National Cancer Institute. Since our inception, thousands of volunteers have participated in treatment, prevention and control trials through NCRC, helping us identify more effective cancer treatments and improve the quality of life for cancer patients.

The Nebraska Cancer Research Center typically has 35 to 40 open clinical trials at any given time. Our trials encompass various forms of cancer, including: breast, brain, prostate, renal, neck and lung.

As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, we receive partial funding from the two local hospitals as well as the Missouri Valley Cancer Consortium. Donations from local trusts, organizations, and individuals make it possible for us to continue to make a difference in cancer research.
