Dr. Tom Nachtigal has been serving the Laramie area since 1990. He did his undergraduate work at South Dakota State University and then attended medical school at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine. His general surgical training was done in Saginaw, Michigan. He specializes in the treatment of varicose veins, hair removal, and IPL photofacial's.
