The Diamond Care Center is a more than 55-bed skilled nursing facility that offers range of medical services to patients in Bridgewater in South Dakota. The center provides short-term rehabilitation, hospice, worship, dietary, and wound and skin care services. It also offers physical, occupational and speech therapies. The Diamond Care Center is a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified facility. In addition, the center administers an activity program. It is one of the facilities managed by Tealwood Care Centers, which operates over 40 nursing and assisted living units in nearly three U.S. states. The parent organization provides light housekeeping and transportation solutions, as well as assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming.
