Apostolic Christian Skylines (ACS) Home Care Services offers complete medical and non-medical services to clients in their homes in Peoria, Woodford, and Tazewell counties. We are licensed by the State of Illinois, Department of Public Health as a Home Services agency and a Home Nursing agency. We have Homemakers, CNA's and Nurses available. Our homemakers can provide assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, changing bed sheets, running errands, and socialization. Our CNA's can do all of the above but also assist with bathing, dressing, taking vitals and providing transfer assistance. If you need skilled care, we have nurses available that can assist with medication set-up, catheter care, wound care, ostomy care, etc... If you are caring for a loved one who has Alzheimer's Disease or a related disorder, our caregivers can provide short-term care while you go grocery shopping, run errands, meet a friend for lunch, attend family functions, or take a vacation.
